Returns Policy
Merchandise return is possible as long as it is within 30 days of the invoice date and the merchandise is in "as new" condition. We will not accept dvd or cd returns once the original packaging is open, unless the product is found to be faulty.
Please email info@animeexcess.com.au with the subject heading "return".
An authorization number will be issued with the email reply. Please quote this number (on your invoice) when you return your item or if you have any further correspondence regarding the return.
Please note that all goods returned can be only be exchanged for store credit or replacement of product.
Cash refunds are only available to customers who have pre-ordered items which turn out to be unavailable.
The customer is responsible for return postage, and items must be returned by registered mail so that delivery can be confirmed.
Please include a copy of the invoice for confirmation. On the return invoice please indicate if an exchange or refund is desired. Make sure to include all pieces of the item(s) being returned.
